This true story recounts the factual events surrounding the unfortunate demise of Bobby W., which was initially reported as accidental asphyxiation. The incident took place in a small-town tavern known for its close-knit community. There were ongoing disputes regarding the ownership of the bar and restaurant between Bobby and the owner’s son, Lynal, who had recently graduated from college.
The family suspects the death was disguised as an accident for insurance gain. Their request for an investigation was ignored, with the expectation they would move on.
Becky Wents, the sister of Bobby, conveyed her incredulity regarding the report after examining his body in the coffin for the first time since his death. She articulated her perspectives openly. While she was in the process of accepting reality and moving forward with her life, another plan was being devised. Throughout her career, she faced defamation, accusations of theft for insurance fraud, harassment, work sabotaged, assaults, and vehicle vandalism during employment. However, her faith in God and belief in her abilities helped her persevere and continue moving forward.
